At IOD Skip Hire we are well known and trusted by local businesses and so we naturally have strong links with the local community. We really believe in giving something back and willingly support a number of registered charities.

Richard House Childrens Hospice

Richard House has been providing care and support for life-limited and life-threatened children and their families since the year 2000. We accompany them during the child or young person's journey through life to death, creating positive experiences along the way which become good memories for the future.

Isle of Dogs (IOD) Skip Hire have been providing support to Richard House Childrens Hospice for a number of years and are happy to do continue doing so.

Help For Heroes

"What is Help For Heroes (H4H) all about? It's about the blokes. It's about Derri, a rugby player who has lost both his legs, it about Carl whose jaw is wired up so he has been drinking through a straw. It's about Richard who was handed a mobile phone as he lay on the stretcher so he could say goodbye to his wife. It is about Ben, its about Steven, Andy and Mark, its about them all. They are just blokes but they are our blokes; they are our heroes. We want to help our heroes."
